This abbreviation was originally coined by Dr. Helmut_Lammer in a paper he wrote titled Preliminary Findings of Project MILAB: Evidence for Military Kidnappings of Alleged UFO Abductees, 1996, and later became the title of his and wife Marion Lammer’s book MILABS: Military Mind Control and ET Abduction, 1999.
